| TONY MARPLES, Commercial Director has his background is in civil and mechanical engineering in the commercial world of steel production. A former project engineer for British Steel, he has experience of co-ordinating and directing site work tabled against time scales to meet production targets. |
| BRETT McKAY,
Production Director has been with the Company for many years, starting as a contracts manager. He joined the board in 2000. Brett served his time on the shop floor as apprentice Fabricator, and progressed through sales and estimating into production management. His background is steel fabrication within many industries including the mechanical, construction and civil engineering sectors.

| TOM HUGHES, Contracts Manager has a wealth of knowledge and a practical hands-on approach to contracting work. He knows from his own experience the importance of cost effective work to the right quality and time scale. |
| DAVID JOHNSTON, Contracts Manager. Has proven experience and knowledge of contracting in all engineering disciplines and associated trades and functions. |

Giving support to both clients and in-house engineers alike is a dedicated Administrative team. Between them they have a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the business and can be called upon at any time.
Heading up the whole of the business are Alan Taylor & Steve Gillions. They are available round the clock to ensure that every customer receives the attention that they deserve. |
